We look for real problems, practical solutions, product-line potential, defensible advantages, and an efficient path from development to market. The technology may be advanced or surprisingly simple; the opportunity and ability to execute matter more than complexity.
What happens next?
We start by understanding the problem, the market, what each party brings to the opportunity, and what already exists. Then we look at what can be reused from our design library, what must be invented, what the product line could become, and how a partnership can be structured around shared success. Depending on the opportunity, that may mean creating a new company together or helping an established company commercialize and grow a new line of business.
