Wild Manta was built around a simple belief: people are often capable of much more than anyone—including themselves—initially realizes. We believe in recognizing opportunity, bringing the right people together, giving them room to contribute, and then building something real. Sometimes that is a product. Sometimes it is a company. Sometimes it is helping someone discover what they are capable of doing.
We like people who build things—products, companies, careers, communities, and solutions to problems others may have decided were too difficult or too small to matter. Strong organizations are rarely created by waiting for perfect people, perfect ideas, or perfect conditions. They are built by starting with what you have, learning as you go, developing people, and continually making what you are building better.
Wild Manta does not exist apart from its community. The people, customers, partners, suppliers, investors, and future leaders we depend upon come from it. We believe successful businesses should contribute their time, experience, resources, and leadership to strengthening the communities that helped make their success possible. How something is built matters, and we believe in treating people fairly, keeping our word, being responsible with resources, and making decisions we are comfortable standing behind.

- Board of Advisors, Florida Tech College of Engineering
- Board Member, Founders Forum for startup business
- Founding Member of Legacy Angel Network, a network for providing seed level funding to CSR startups
- Uncompensated board member to multiple local startup companies
- Pro bono advisory sessions with startup businesses
- Taught over 100 classes to local community children on innovation, creativity, preparing for college, and SAT prep
- Helped create the Brevard Cultural Alliance outdoor sculpture program. Hosted first sculpture
- Provided facility to showcase local artists and artisans
- Donated pallets of school supplies to Appalachian Title I schools
- Donated school supplies to Brevard County Title I schools
- Sponsored creation of "History of Melbourne" book and delivered to Brevard County Schools
- Volunteered at numerous art festivals and community events
- Multi-year sponsor of the Christmas Extravaganza
- Coordinated and held a local homeschool convention along with arranging for speakers
- Entered MOU with Brevard Public Schools to develop a classroom camera system
- Donated services for economic development
- Helped found dozens of companies in the local community
- Coordinated multi-company proposal for SBA grant for Regional Innovation Cluster
- Supported local college students in their senior projects
- Provided fee-free meeting places for nonprofits and church plants
- Provided forum for political candidates to hold fundraisers and hold town halls
- Helped in writing the bylaws for the Town of Grant-Valkaria
- Hosted Chamber of Commerce events
- Donated supplies for mission trips to Haiti and a Native American reservation
- Supported the local Brevard Public Schools Drone League
- Supported TEDx talk at the Space Center
- Designed the Manufacturer Recognition Award for MASC
- Supported the local Maker Faire through activities for young minds
- Spoke at numerous conferences on innovation, creativity, intellectual property, corporate governance
- Helped start and donated the first Friendship Bench promoting anti-bullying
- Held a Fourth of July patriotic event and hosted a mock trial to help educate children about the court system
